Position Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect/ consultant with deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration with Online SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps. The candidate must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, a focus on quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed. The candidate must have the ability to manage a team and coordinate the work of developers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution ensuring high quality, reliable.
- Serve as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expert with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management.
- Create design documentation for new solutions and functions.
- Work with the support team to resolve production support issues.
- Mentor the junior and middle developers and help build the knowledge base.
- Manage project scope, plan, and budget effectively to maintain control, ensure results and manage risk.
- Conducts analysis of client business processes and define functional requirements.
- Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.
- Identify the client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings.
- Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team.
- Conduct end-user training.
- Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
- Participate in daily project scrum meetings.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent, required.
- A strong understanding and demonstrable skill set with managing project scope, analysis & requirements definition.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services organization is required.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- English level – C1.
