Product Owner

Responsibilities

• manage IT projects and the people involved in the projects for the implementation and development of information system solutions;
• communicate and maintain cooperation with the company's clients;
• identify business needs, evaluate solutions and coordinate them;
• to plan and control the scope of project work and financial resources, to prepare the necessary; 
• documentation for project implementation;
• effectively manage Odoo products, respond to customer requests for functionality improvements and/or functionality quality issues;
• advise clients on Odoo programs and their functionality;
• prepare project reports and project status assessment reports;
• team motivation;
• inform about the value of the project and ensuring the participation of interested parties;
• provide leadership in large-scale project activities;
• support the project and look for project sponsors;
• take responsibility for the success or failure of the project.

Required knowledge and experience

• at least 3 years of work experience in IT project management;
• ability to plan and manage resources (money, human resources), ability to work independently;
• excellent Latvian and English knowledges;
• 2nd level higher education;
• initiative, desire to develop and acquire new knowledge;
• good reasoning abilities, ability to make decisions, resistance to stress;
• the ability to purposefully cooperate with clients, to create a positive mood and productive relationships;
• knowledge of Odoo system will be an advantage.
